health over food



You should always be aware that food is always connected to your health. Well, most of us are aware of it but there are still some who chooses food over health. Meaning, knowing that the food they are taking is not that healthy and can affect their health, still they pursue to take them due to the pleasure that they get.
Enjoyment of food can sometimes makes us forget the right diet that we should have. We prefer to eat lots of goodies than thinking what the right food to take. Those oily and not nutritious foods may cause addiction intake due to the tastes that we savor and enjoy. In return we gain much weight and food imbalance that later causes us problems connected to our body and health.
Though these foods gives us satisfaction,in return, we should also put some effort to reduce the fats and other unnecessary things that we got from them. We can enjoy any food that we wish for as long as we are also responsible for the outcome of it. Burn the fats and exercise. It is for your own good.
Bear in mind that keeping your body healthy is your own advantage. A healthy body and a healthy mind leads you to a better living. Be aware that the food we eat affects the reaction of our body and our reactions as well. Having a healthy body can always makes you on the go and helps you to have a sharper mind and a healthy lifestyle.

nice post dear.. its soo true.. when i was 95 kilos i was always down and out. and you know. when you do stuff like these it really gives you a sense of control over yourself. like things are going according to plan. and actually you also feel a bit smart.. hehe :P. but honestly. its the best thing you can do to yourself. you look better , feel better, and you can have do all those things that you saw on tv and wondered "man thats tough!!!".. there is no feeling like that when you do it yourself..you are the best jewen ..anyone who disregards this post is a jackass!
